Pastry Chef Liz Rehberg attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Chicago, where she learned classic French techniques, which she has applied to her family's Italian heritage to play with Mediterranean flavors and styles to make food that makes everyone go "Wow!"
A truly family bakery, the soups are made by Rich Rehberg, her father, who also raises the beef, pork, and poultry that form the base of the broths. Many of the fruits and vegetables are grown on the family farm, Cow and Clover, in Ledgeview.
