We are The Bakery, a full service bakery in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on the West Side. Now in our third year of operations, we make pies, breads, cookies, and sweet treats using classic techniques with a fun twist on flavor.
Pastry Chef Liz Rehberg attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Chicago, where she learned classic French techniques, which she has applied to her family's Italian heritage to play with Mediterranean flavors and styles to make food that makes everyone go "Wow!"
A true family bakery, the soups & sandwiches are made by her father Rich Rehberg, who also raises the beef, pork, and poultry that form the base of the broths. A variety of our herbs, fruits, and vegetables are grown on the family farm, Cow and Clover, in Ledgeview.
